How We Work
Delivering Excellence Every Step of the Way
At APCe Constructive Engineering, we have crafted a meticulous and efficient work process to serve as your single-stop solution for all mineral and chemical supply needs. Our seamless coordination ensures top-quality service from start to finish. Here’s how we work:
1. Payment Acknowledgement
Our account department confirms the receipt of your advance payment, ensuring transparency and financial security.
2. Container Booking
Our shipping and documentation team books containers with reliable container lines to secure logistics for your shipment.
3. Booking Confirmation
We confirm the container booking with the consignee to align all parties for a smooth shipping process.
4. Production Preparation
Our production team starts manufacturing and prepares materials at least 10 days before the shipment date.
5. Logistics to Port
The logistics department transports the cargo from our plant to the Container Freight Station (CFS) at Mundra Port.
6. Packaging and Stuffing
We handle palletization and stuffing, ensuring the materials are securely packed in the container.
7. Custom Clearance and Fumigation
Customs clearing agency seals the container after examination, followed by fumigation to meet safety standards.
8. Loading onto Vessel
Finally, the CFS logistics team loads the container onto the vessel for efficient and reliable overseas shipment.
